After your offer is accepted, we'll navigate the inspection and contingency period. The inspection period is an important step, and I’ll make sure you’re well-prepared. I’ll connect you with trusted local professionals, walk you through the process, and share strategies for handling inspection findings effectively. Throughout escrow, there are key dates and deadlines to stay on top of, and I’ll keep everything organized and on track so nothing gets missed.
Closing and Beyond

As approach the closing date, I’ll coordinate with your lender, escrow officer, and all parties to ensure a smooth closing. We'll review the final details, confirm that everything is in place, and make sure you’re fully prepared for closing day. Then it's time to celebrate!
