When we decided to sell our home we asked around for suggestions and Cassidy was recommended without hesitation by one of our neighbors a couple doors down from us. From start to finish Cassidy was on our side and worked tirelessly to help prepare our home for sale, drawing upon her local market knowledge and experience in preparing homes to show well. She offered useful suggestions to present our home in ways buyers would find attractive and contributed many hours of work to help stage the house adding tasteful decor throughout the house from her own staging inventory to showcase the house and make the listing shine. It was the start of a buyers market when we listed our home in March 2025 and in the coming weeks more and more comparable homes in our area made their way onto the market but despite the challenges Cassidy never once lost her positive spirit and boundless energy to stay focused and soon enough an offer on our home arrived from a potential buyer! Cassidy worked hard to negotiate the deal and get into contract quickly and the next thing you know the buyers signed off on the last contingency and we closed on the sale. When we got into contract and sold our house we felt fortunate as it was indeed a buyers market in a time of uncertainty and we were competing with numerous comps in our area so nothing was to be taken for granted. Thought the entire process Cassidy kept us informed with regular updates on showings, the local market and comps and advised us on strategy. While the market was uncertain and did not inspire confidence Cassidy did. We feel the end result that we were entirely happy with was a result of her hard work, sincere intention and experience.
